Prestige Leadership Workshops for Corporations

This unique and highly effective corporate leadership program is not offered anywhere else in Canada.  This program is designed for businesses who intend to provide leadership training to their staff, in a corporate setting, on a quarterly basis over a 12 months period.  Training includes upgrading the employees’ skills in up to 21 competencies.   The program occurs with the same group of participants over a period of 12 months.   It provides continuity, fosters accountability and nurtures high-performance team culture for maximum results, in a corporate setting.

The program combines current insights and action learning.  Participants will gain a wider perspective on the key business practices identified in the instructional objectives section.  The program occurs with the same group of participants over the defined period   It provides continuity, fosters accountability and nurtures high performance team culture for maximum results, in a corporate setting.

Businesses can choose  1 from the 7 various workshop series provided in the Course Components section herein. They can combine individual entrepreneur leadership training with a workshop package (for employers and employees)

Objectives

The team can select a workshop series (group of 3 workshops) from the 7 workshop Series available.  It fulfills key core competencies in team performance preventing corporate from succeeding in a competitive market.  Depending on the topics chosen, the Team will learn:

  • The fundamentals to improve one of the key business practices in the areas of strategic planning & execution, business & brand development, Communication, efficiency.
  • Application of the knowledge to specific business situations
  • Development of a detailed action plan to apply new learnings to future business situations
